| | | A Duck? What Kind?  I came across this duck in Canary Wharf and it kept following me as it thought I had food. Can someone tell me if its some kind of cross bred duck or if its a pure distinct species. |

That's a Muscovy Duck. Originally from South America, a commonly domesticated species that often escapes, and extremely variable in plumage.
