Snails - Can their shells fix?

snails are very intersting. i love their latin name its so easy to remmebre Heix aspersa sounds good too

I wonder how many times of native snail we have? I like going for a walk in the summer just after a good shower to see what's slithered out on the footpaths - some of the colours of the shells are increadible .
