Chris | Swarovski stuff is also well built. My telescope decided to take a suicidal leap out of my rucksack and crash onto the floor, and being over six feet tall, it was a long way down. A quick dust down and a check, i was pleased to find all was ok. |

| | | Re: Advice please Hello all i ended up after trying a few brands buying the leica.I did mention that i had read of problems with leica it's after sales to the salesman he looked shocked! and offered to replace my bins if not happy.He did say that they had had no problems with leica or its after sales service?.

I only heard as I have a relation that works in the trade. The good thing is, they are very well made so you are unlikely to have a problem. |

Obviously in some cases they need to send things back to manufacturers for repair but if there is a basic fault, no error of the user, then the retailers should replace the item fairly promptly or to refund your payment.
(Relating to this sort of thing - you should always buy expensive items on a credit card - then you have three organisations to get at if a fault is evident!) |
