You may find that by improving your technique, choosing correct camera settings and the use of software for sharpening, your images will be more to your liking. A new lens isn't always the answer !
Is there not a 'camera club' in your area who may have a member willing to give you some tips ?
I know someone who has the Tamron lens and gets very satisfactory results although like most would like a 'longer lens'.
Hope you don't mind me suggesting the above. I'm just trying to help.

Again, just a thought

I know when I get the setting right and the light is good I do get some decent shots I will keep my tamron but use this new lens for everyday use.
I am learning how to edit in elements now.
I will try the tamron on 200 to see if I am happy with the range.
I have looked into photography clubs here but nothing suitable has come up yet, they all cost £50+ and include elements I have got this already so I am not buying it again. | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
