Just a light hearted thread/question. I was just wondering what your 'perfect' piece of equipement would be - if it could be produced? Well, to kick things off....mine would be. A Nikon 10mm-500mm f2.8 with only slight pin-cusion distortion at the wide end. Top quality glass, internal zoom, vibration reduction - weighing less than 1.5 kilo's and retailing at around £500.00 
Come on Nikon!! You can do it!!!

A Pentax PF-100ED Scope with XW-8-24 Zoom Eyepiece, and a young, fit 'caddy'.

A pocket sized field instrument, that would accurately identify to species level, and at any stage of development, whatever fungus, wild flower, lichen, moss, (or whatever), it was pointed at!

A backpack with lots of pockets for necessities that converts into a shelter/hide complete with seat, all up weight 15kg.maximum.
One of those nice camera carrying aircraft to give a gods eye view from above your immediate position but able to fly in formation with dragonflies etc.
A "Mekon" seat for the disabled
