I was told that;
A chap that parked in a pub car park overnight (as he had had a meal there) was sat in his reversed driving seat with a glass of wine watching tv. The local police did him for being in charge of a motor vehicle while having more than the legal limit of alcohol, after a breath test.
Safest perhaps to stick to cocoa if you are in a public place.
Incidently you can be done for being in charge of pogo sticks horses narrow boats, whatever, whilst under the influence. Merry Christmas
