Thanks for the tip, one of the sounds is like a cross between a moorhen/ pheasant/kew of a hawk? It also does a a squealing too.
I saw an orange bird two weeks ago and wondered if it was that? possibly a woodcock with insomnia, but I am now hearing it later in the day and the fog makes sounds eerie.
I hope to find out what it is soooon
