Where to find 100% cotton long sleeve outdoors shirt??

Can anyone tell me where to find a good 100% cotton long sleeve outdoors shirt, preferably online? I'm a fairly recent American import. The ones I brought with me are wearing out, and I can't find any here in the UK. The other problem is that I'm 6' 3" tall, and the sleeves on a standard UK shirt (size L) are too short. In the states it was fairly easy to find shirts in size L-Tall which fit perfectly, but I haven't seen anyone offering tall sizes here. I'm getting embarrassed because the elbows are through in all my favourite shirts. Help, please!!

Hedera, Thanks for the suggestion, but I've looked at Lands End. Even though they sell Tall sizes in the states, they don't have them in the UK store. (At least not last time I looked.) Plus (after figuring the exchange rate) the prices tend to be at least 50% more than the same product in the states. That's a heck of lot for shipping!
