At work we had "Fred" who would come out with his van and let you try out a dozen or more. After I broke my neck they let me have an expensive (but second-hand) ergonomic one, which kept me going till I retired (but they vetoed a brand new, smart looking one, on the grounds that "everyone would want one"!!). But don't expect to get one that will last if you only pay peanuts - you get what you pay for.
At home I'm using a kitchen chair at the moment, until I restore my antique Captain's chair!

Get yourself off to a Stressless furniture agent, try a Stressless recliner with a laptop table extra and you'll never get any work done! |

I did wonder who would pick up on that! Got highjacked by a salesman last week who "introduced" me to the brand. I was impressed with the comfort but when it came to the price....... |

ikea do a 'dining' 'telegraphman' style pc chair in wood which is brill. had mine for over 7 years. looks stylish and has doubled twice as baby feeding chair. | | | |
