Boil in the bag meals

Just a thought . My grandaughter is a cadet in the TA's and when she comes back from a trip she always has unused meal packs ,they are the ones you have to re hydrate and there are loads of different varieties.
Know anyone in the TA's ?

I used to get the 24 hour ration packs from my local army surplus store, for the price, pretty decent. But nowadays I prefer the in-date Wayfayrer foil packs.

For true boil in the bag luxury try Trek N Eat.

They have created some meals that you would actually want to eat - not just powdery pasta and cardboard noodles.

The best one I found was the Venison Stew .... yep, that's right, VENISON! Although the Chicken curry wasn't quite as good (I guess the germans don't eat so much curry?)

Give them a go and you'll never go back to wayfarers again!
