Gloves
I have a pair of thinsulate gloves, the cheap ones but i saw some in the WWT for around 16 quid which i thought was a bit steep, i realise they may be better quality but i usually find they are cheaper online somewhere but have drawn a blank. The only difference i can see between them is mine are marked 40g and the others are 100g, no idea what that means, any help would be useful

I don't know, but I'd get that the 'g' is an indication of the density of the insulating material i.e. 40g/unit squared area? Therefore the 100g would be heavier and better insulating?

Just a thought...

I got a pair of Aldi Thinsulate 40gm gloves this morning for £1.99 and for the price very good. Ideal for the cycling to work on my twilight shift.
