Urgent Help needed with diffuser!

Hullo

I bought a collapsible diffuser from an online retailer last week. It's got a 50cm diameter but it quarterfolds down. It's one of those things that have a 'knack'- one that I haven't worked out. I tried to collapse it in my own way but I've now ruined the perfect circle of the diffuser - it's not that bad though. I would have noticed how it was folded up when it came to me in the pouch, but I unzipped it and it went 'PING!'

If you hold it on opposite sides and twist it should fold into a figure of 8 shape which should go down to three circles and fit back into the pouch. Its a damn site easier showing someone than trying to explane it in words.

if it's like the reflectors then it's a doddle

Hold it in both hands , one at each side at the edge the circle , then twist both hands in opposite directions and it should fold into itself and make a smaller circle that will fit in the bag.
