Cleaning gortex

Greetings

I recently bought a Gortex lined Dutch Army camo jacket, I really need to clean it 'cause it beging to Stink, Big time. I dont really know if i can just chuck it in the washing machine or if theres some special procedure for washing gortex all the instructions are in dutch.

Can anyone give me some advice?

I use 2 products by NIKWAX the first one is called TECH WASH,this cleans the garment in the washing machine.
Then I use TX DIRECT this reproofs and brings the garment back to new,clean and fresh and waterproof,
I hope this helps
PS. There is no smell left behind if you are into stalking ect.......

Most manufacturere of breathables say non-detergents.

Tek-wash is fine, so too old fashioned Lux Flakes, though
we use eco-balls at home that need no soapall for all
washes!! Yess, they really work

Thanks for the Advice folks, I've never been too sure about how to wash gortex stuff and with my jacket being a mixture of fabrics, was even more confused than usual but i'll check out one or all of the products mentioned.
