| | | Repairing goretex jacket I've had a goretex jacket for 16, 17 years ( from Taunton Leisure, Bristol, IIRC). It's still in good nick, but the tapes sealing the seams have come away. How should I re-fix them?
Cheers

| | | Re: Repairing goretex jacket I had an old Sprayway gore-tex with a similar problem several years ago. I just sent it back to them and they re-taped it.

| | | Re: Repairing goretex jacket What I did with mine is just held the sealing seams in place and then waved a lighter over them up and down the lenght of it for a few seconds. It then melts it very slightly to the jaket itself. Worked for me but be careful if you do. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
