It doesn't have to be all singing, all dancing. It isn't a main scope, just for those moments when your driving to work and spot something interesting down the fields.
Don't want to go above £100 as it will be left in the car. Needs to be small in size and at least 20x magnification.

but I was not impressed with the opticrom or the mighty midget
(which is criticised for sucking in air when expanded - see threads passim).
But the Niokon costs more, but IMO with optics you get what you pay for
