I usually take a bin bag with me if I am out on a work day or moffing to sit on but when it comes to photography I am far too impulsive. If I see a good shot I throw myself down onto my tummy, knees, or whatever regardless of ruining my clothes. Thinking a shot through before taking it is something I have only just started doing.
Thanks for your advice, it is much appreciated, and I am already hooked. | Thanks Susie for kind words re my pics
Since then of course we suddenly got the opportunity to buy a friends 400 f2.8 and have been blown away by its quality and capability - shame its so big and heavy - but I can see myself staggering about with it and rupturing my hernia a little more............ and I'm looking forward to competing against it with my 100-400 and 1.4 convertor cos I think there are times when I might out perform it - tho for flight shots its obviously king!
