| | | Re: Night Vision Bino's Are we talking true night vision as in infra red bins? or Binoculars that are suitable for work at twilight and semi darkness. Such as the old naval 7X50?

| | | Re: Night Vision Bino's we use a thing called a 'nightvixen' at work, its a monocular though, designed originally I think to be mounted on a gun.....
Its really very good animals visible by seeing their eye reflection with further id possible as the animal moves about but no magnification so not really like binoculars so I am afraid I'm not much use!! |

Secondly, what sort of hunting ?
Thirdly, unless anyone else on the forum knows the answer, why not find out what the military use; I've heard that some of these freebie mail order mags have some pretty rubbish stuff.
PS
Has your fiance's interest in wildlife been kindled yet ?? |

I am getting there. She has taken me to Fairburn Ings and we are going to Clumber on Sunday. We have Potteric Carr planned for sometime soon. But best of all I have my own photography room here and a lovely office to edit all of my images.
Cant be bad
