Hi i am looking at buying some binoculars.Can anybody tell me a good make.

It would help to know:-

what you want to use them for,

how much you have to spend,

do you want a compact pair that can fit in a pocket

or are you prepared to haul a heavy pair around your neck.

Do you want to use them for wildlife alone or for, say, astronomy too as the larger varieties are needed for the night sky??

I want them for wildlife when out walking my dog got about £100 and i would like a compact pair to fit in my pocket.

I've posted twice in the last ten days a long reply to other similar requests with binocular buying advice .............. have a check back as I think it answers most questions.
