Keith | Hi Keith, Jacobs had an advert on their website several months ago for a Canon EF 1200mm F5.6 L USM lens - 70 grand. Has anyone got one of these and the 'lowloader' and 'crane' to go with it.

Just had a look at the Canon EF 1200mm. Apparently there's only 10 in existence .
What a beauty !
I wonder if Graham would try hand holding that one !!

Here is a link to a gentleman who has tried the Canon 1200 lens. It had an XL1 converter on it which increased the focal length by 7.2 X which made it 8640mm. He says that it is hand ground in Japan and costs in the region of $80,000. If you would like to contact me, I'll try to get a group discount!
