| | | Canon 1D mk lll I have been looking at the specification for the new Canon 1D mk lll. It looks a great camera and ideal for wild life photography, but why on earth did they fit an APS-H sensor in it? A cropping factor of 1.3 is neither one thing nor the other. The user has lost the 1.6 cropping factor but doesn't get the benefit of a full size sensor. Could it be that if the camera had a full size sensor it might out perform some of Canons more expensive cameras? | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
