Thanks in advance.  | whichever is most comfortable for you. best advice is to take your bins to your local optics shop, and try them with different straps.
i like the padded neoprene ones myself, which you can pick up online relatively cheaply if you're not a brand bunny like some birders can be  if you stick binocular straps into a decent search engine you should get a bunch of websites to compare them on.

| | Re: Binocular straps I bought a s/h Optech neoprene tripod strap from ebay, the quality is fantastic and I expect it to last probably longer than the tripod. I think the bins strap I bought from ebay was the Hama make, also good quality.
