computer auto run

Was not sure if this was where to put this but it should help all photographers who are having trouble with discs and card readers that have stopped auto run.I put a search in computeractive forums (did not get what I was looking for on windows forums) and came up with a brilliant solution.It is a download from microsoft which fixes all your drives and card readers to open and ask what you want to do with your disks ,blank,music,pictures etc.I have been trying for a week to sort the problem to no avail until I downloaded the program saved and ran it.Now everything is back to normal and I am no longer thumping the computer with frustration (until the next inevitable prob crops up)Hope it helps all those there that have had the problem. .Here is the link:
