Hmmm, perhaps not. So, maybe Tubaria or even a Psathyrella sp.

I presume by that you mean tawny grisette . . . . .  ; I think this could be a Psathyrella probably not the same one as this - Tawny Grisette - Amanita fulva...wrong I.D
but all the points I made there fit here as well . . . .

I fully understand that you are looking at older images and that you can now see that with a bit more info from them you'd be in a better position to hazard an ID . . . .
it's fine to (carefully) uproot a toadstool such as this, take some shots of its stem base, its gills (or otherwise), take it home and make a spore print etc,
if you don't keep the (dried) material for future examination, then just hang it in the cleft of some branches on a bush in your garden or local park - it will still spread its spores (even more widely than in its original location) it's not like picking a rare wildflower - you are still being quite conservation-minded
