Hello, can anyone please help identify this fungus on my neighbours tree?

Some close ups would help; pores and upper surface also what type of tree?

Hello Wisteria and welcome to WAB.

You show one photo with 3 brackets, now if you could achieve some close ups of just one of those brackets - both the underneath and top, that would help us immensely.
We would be looking for any zone markings (or lack of), etc, on the upper surface, and the type of pore structure on the underside which will help guide us.

Being your neighbours tree, it's asking a lot I know, but can I also ask that the photos are in focus and sharp, but going by the height the best specimens are growing at, this may be difficult to achieve.

Also, as Pete asks, do you know what tree it is/was, ie, Sycamore, Beech ?
