The top left, and two right hand images are definitely Birch Polypore - Piptoporus betulinus.
Unfortunately can't see enough detail to suggest what the middle & lower left images might be.

I think the lower one is most likely to be Chrondrostereum purpureum, but a better photo would make ID much easier
