Looking at the way the stem is bent over and is not broken and the texture of the cap surface I would say it was a Collyba. They have the common name 'Tough Shank’s because the stem is tough and difficult to break. I think this is Collybia butyracea (Butter Cap) which should have a slipy, buttery, cap surface. Melanoleuca will not have this texture .
