Clitocybe metachroa advice appreciated

I know the Clitocybe genus is macroscopically dodgy ground but I wonder if this is C. metachroa. I noticed that the gills appear to be peeling away from the stem and Fungijohn has one with a similar effect in the Gallery. Can anyone tell me if this is relevent in any way?

Problem solved - every Clitocybe I find now with gills peeling away from the stem I shall henceforth call C.metacroa - I wish

I too would be confident in naming this C.metacroa but I honestly have no idea if this peeling is unique to this particular species, but I have to say I doubt it, but who knows, Andreas might pop up and say "So, it does the same in England too" ?
