Clavulina type growing on fly ash

We found this Clavulina? species at Lound 23rd November 2011 growing amongst Fly ash in sandy soil and as yet it hasn't dropped any spores, well at least not on my slide

Les suggested Clavulina rugosa but I'm not sure





Any help until the spores drop much appreciated
