Possible Psathyrella Laevissima

Found some of these yesterday, but, due to technical difficulties Had to go out and find some more this morning. This has promoted them from an 'Unknown' to a 'possible'!

clustered on a stump in deciduous woodland, max size 3 cm across the cap, perhaps 4cm stem height. Young specimens have a dense web like white veil, but there is little if any sign of this on more mature specimens. Where there are veil remnants they appear dark, almost black.

Reddish brown and slightly shiney, but hygrophanous, drying paler and more matt from the center outwards.

Gills pale beige/greyish in young, becoming darker and more brown with age. No colour change on bruising to any part of fungus.

Any comments much appreciated!

This recent thread on Psathyrella sp. of mine might help Psathyrella multipedata? Plus a Bolete for identification.
but I am not experienced enough to say what it is for sure.

Yeah, they're a bit of a pig to get to grips with! Of course they could be P piluliformis, but just due to the size of the clusters on both occasions, and the size of the caps even when mature I'm guessing at laevissima. Of course both could be entirely wrong. But I'm feeling hopeful... I'll be a lot happier when I have a scope, and some decent keys. Working from a field guide is getting tired. Even my tried and tested Collins!
