What funghi please

My knowledge of funghi is very limited but is this what I know as Shaggy Inkcap? Does the first pic develop into the second?

It changes shape as the spores ripen from the bottom of the gills upward and when the mature spores are released this part of the gill dissolves into a black ink and drips off. It is thought that this is to prevent the spores having to drop through the whole length of the gill as this would increase the risk of the spores getting caught on the other basidia and spores and cystidia. When the gill has dissolved right up to the top, the last remaining part of the gills usually rolls up out of the way resembling a 'Lawyers Wig'
