Hello everyone,
Was wondering if anyone could help me ID a "mushroom".
It was found growing beneath ferns, with quite an amount of detritous on the floor, and in 10m or so of deciduous trees poss beech. Had a shiny/ slimy cap 5cm at max (adult) juvenile caps are more convex and mature caps flatter one with a nipple, as can be seen. Stems are 5-8cm in length approx. Gills were yellow/ slightly paler than the caps. Not really sure what it could be because of similarities/overlaps.
Have a few ideas, poss Collybia butyracea, Laccaria proxima, Calerina mutabilis or Oudemansiella radiata.
Any help would be greatly received.
Thanks
Slug
