Just a thought on number 4, The scales on the stipe look rather more rust brown than dark grey/black, and all the surrounding leaf litter looks very oak heavy... Have you looked at L. Quercinum/ Orange oak bolete?

I don't know new to the site and already causing problems

Welcome by the way. You could be right though there is a definite red cast to the squamules and background and if this isn't an artifact of the photo L aurantiacum is a probability.

Never trying to cause problems, or give definitive IDs. I never feel I can be really certain from a picture, but like I said, just a thought!
