Because I thought it had a look of one of those but the shape was wrong. | The 'Lawyer Caps' are in the genus Coprinus, whilst 'Shaggy Parasol' are in the genus of Macrolepiota, so the answer to your question is 'not really' but they are now both within the same family of Agaricaceae.
