lawn fungus for identification please

Taken 9/10/2011 on my garden lawn Northampton. Poa annua and lolium perenne are the main grass species here. I feel this may be to far gone though, but can't see any more... Cap 18mm, stipe 35mm. Spore print dark brown almost grey/black...

Looks like Brown Mottlegill to me, Panaeolina foenisecii.

Cheers Neil - I initially though an Agrocybe species, but the learning continues.. Spore print colour, with eventual blackening of the gills and habitat suits your identification nicely, cheers.
