Yellow mystery
I found a whole troop of these growing amongst nettles at the edge of a path in Epping Forest. I have no idea where to start with this one, I don't think I've seen anything quite like it before.





Help definitely needed with this one.

Possibly Tricholoma sulphureum.

Thanks Mike. I've googled a few images of Tricholoma sulphureum and it seems to fit quite nicely

Something obvious needs to be mentioned - have you smelt it ? as it is supposed to smell quite strongly of coal gas. If it doesn't, then consider other species of Tricholoma (apparently there are others which are similar)
But I'm confident Mike is spot on.
