Growing along the lines of roots of a dead Eucalyptus tree.
Cap expanded 4 - 5cm. Stem 5 - 7 cm. Gills maturing to Dark Chocolate. Spores as far as I can tell with my eyesight, purple/brown.

The gills on the one in your photo look very pale, but since you say that the gills are maturing to dark chocolate colour, the only one that I can think of which might fit is Clustered Brittlestem, Psathyrella multipedata. - Which is usually more brownish in colour, but is hygrophanous, and tends to dry to these paler shades.
