2 fungi for id please

I found these tonight in broad leafed woodland.mainly beach and some dead elm,but also ash and a good mix of other broad leafed trees.
Number 1 .Short stipe growing low to the leaf litter.approx 100mm cap width.4 of these in a 2 metre area.

Number 2.Growing on rotten moss covered branches on the floor.

I can only guess at these.

1.Agaricus ?
2.Some type of staghorn ?

For the first - (I could be well off the mark) - but with that chrome yellow colouration on the stipe base (and what appears to be a hint of yellowing at about five-o'clock on the cap), I'd suggest this is Yellow Stainer - Agaricus xanthoderma.

The second has the shape and overall look of Small Stagshorn - Calocera cornea. - I think that the brown tips might be a result of drying.

The branching suggests Calocera viscosa.
