Hi,
This is probably a really common one, and although I've done an arbitary 'search of the web' I've not found any images that look similar. I may be giving too much significance to the fact that this currently has a very flat top to it. My very inexperienced description:
Cream coloured fungus with a flat top - not scaly with some large diameter pits; decurrent gills; ring on stem. I'm not sure how I find out what colour the spores are!
Located in a greenhouse (more of a 'giant cold frame' at the moment!)
The soil I think is generic compost from the garden centre.
This fungus is growing under some very tall tomato plants.
It is the only one growing.
I hope the photographs are more useful than my description.
