hi Wayne
first I would recommend that you take a look at:
Help us to help you identify fungi
given the quality of the images of other groups on your website, I think perhaps you need to take a bit more effort with fungi (that is meant to be helpful - not rude - honest); notes as to the habitat can be very important with fungi - just a bunch of single shots can make things difficult . . .
the numbering is also a wee bit confusing - 10 images numbered 1 to 9 in a strange way, but here goes:
let's pretend we haven't seen no. 2 shall we? - so much has been eaten it's tantamount to identifying a butterfly without wings

- it's probably a
Leccinum, but . . .
1, 8 and 9 are definitely
Leccinum species, possibly all different - there are other WABbers who know more about these than I do - I suspect the one with the brown scales may well be do-able
3 is an
Agaricus species, I think - a view of the underside might help, but it's not an easy genus and microscopy is often needed
6 looks like it could be
Daedaleopsis confragosa - again a view of the underside would be more than useful - and if you'd said 'this was on a willow branch' it would also have made things a tad easier
7 is
Paxillus involutus
8 (i.e. the next-to-last one) is almost certainly
Tremella mesenterica - has the image been rotated 90 degrees CCW?
phew
cheers
Chris
