Blushing Wood Mushroom

I found this mushroom in my garden under my bay tree. I have loads of them pop up after rain.
I think this is a Blushing Wood Mushroom, but I have a couple of doubts.
It doesn't seem to turn red or bruise excessively when cut. It has turned a little purple/grey around the top of the stem.
It doesn't have a persistent veil.
It has a sweet almost fennel smell.
Is it just a plain and simple field mushroom (agaricus campestris)

Any help much appreciated!

PS I am very keen to get out and try some mushroom hunting but lack the knowledge and confidence to do so. If there is anyone in Cornwall (Falmouth) who would help me out I would gladly swap some of your knowledge for some homebrew and a days fishing!!

First of all, welcome to the forum and I hope you learn a lot from it, but the reason you have had no reply yet is because it is likely you may have fallen foul of the forum rules which if I have done it right should appear here: Is my fungus edible or psychotic requests

To me, it looks like you are willing to trade your home brew and a days fishing for somebody to show you what the edible ones are.

If I'm wrong, I do apologise, but I hope you understand why I am being a little cautious.
