two different types growing on bramble for id if poss

Hi.
Found these two today growing on bramble stems in clumps of moss. can anyone id them for me please.

growing on the end of the stick. looks like stagshorn! About 7mm long by 10mm wide.

30mm tall cap 1mm across Looks like a parachute?? Note the gills extending down the stipe.

this is the splendid Mycena rorida - note the diagnostic slime covered stem
