This was growing under some large oak trees so i didnt show the leaves nearest i can find in my book is Field Cap thank you ...Ray

I'm thinking these are Stinking Dapperling - Lepiota cristata Ray.
They have a peculiar not so pleasant smell.
Similar to these I took recently - (Lots about at the moment, apparently): -

Mike. | I think Mike is almost certainly correct - the smell would confirm it (as - especially - would the distinctive bullet-shaped spores); Lepiota can be quite a difficult genus (by no means are all the species in the popular books)
