I have had a look on line and think it is Common Ink Cap but not 100% sure.
Please verify or correct me.
Just the one solitary specimen.

It's not in the best of health, but I'd say this more like a Shaggy Ink Cap rather than a 'Common' Ink Cap.

After checking on line and in my books I think you are correct with
Shaggy Ink Cap.
I live and learn.
