ID on unusual yellow fungus
I'm having difficulty identifying an unusual find (I've never seen anything like it before). It was found in damp, coniferous woods in Bergen, Norway. Growing on the ground, near a large amount of debris (twigs, pine needles). Any help is appreciated!

Ha ha, we've had this now several times recently, it's Phaeolus schweinitzeii.

Hi Tristessa and welcome to WAB

Your fungus is the Dyer's Mazegill - Phaeolus schweinitzii

It is actually attached and growing from one of the nearby pines!
