Late Laetiporus sulphureus?
Stumbling across an strange looking bright yellow fungus several years ago sparked my interested in mycology. Every May without fail I find Laetiporus sulphureus [Chicken of the Woods] on the same oak trees and rotting logs near were I live. But this year, no sign of it whatsoever until yesterday!

Has anyone else noticed this kind of randomness?
