My young fungus is now a couple of weeks older and oozing spores - see photo. Is it still to early to identify?

sadly it looks to be oozing frass - I think the beetles have got hold of this one - but do persevere!

A fertile layer is now forming, and I think it safe to say there is a high probability this is the Lumpy Bracket, Trametes gibossa.
