The top one is actually not very like Mitrula if you think about it - plus the habitat is so wrong it simply couldn't be that; looking at pictures can often lead one astray - especially if your book only has a small selection of the 'non-toadstool/bracket' species
The top one is a Calocera species - rather dry, but it looks most like C. cornea - possibly dry, dark C. pallidospathulata - (though don't quote me)
I shall leave the second one to others - some of the shots look a little like Rhodocollybia maculata
