Help in identifying fungi living on dead wood in woodland.

Growing in mixed woodland from a rotten tree trunk.
they are about 30-40mm in diameter, 50mm Tall.
Have a yellowish gills and stem and brownish on top.
I don't know anythink about fungus and not sure on correct terms.

Any help in identification, i would be very grateful.

Looks like old sulphur tuft Hypholoma fasciculare to me.
