I know nothing about fungi so ant hep with ID would be very helpful.
Also could someone please give me some advice what to do in future. Should I pick it and photograph the underside or anything else. I aim to do a lot more fungi photography in future.

it's a Leccinum species; L. versipelle, growing with birch is probably the commonest of the orange-capped ones but there are others
