I found this on a tree at Potteric Carr in Doncaster; I've had a look through my ID guide and the only one I could find that resembled it was ear fungus. Would anyone be willing to confirm this ID for me?

Yes, these are definitely Jelly Ear - Auricularia auricula-judae.
